  • 300g ground almonds
  • 500 ml warm water
  • 9 egg whites
  • 1 large spoon apple vinegar
  • 1 small spoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Simple and quick, first beat egg whites until stiff. Then, gradually incorporate the ground almonds, warm water, apple vinegar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, gently folding the mixture to keep the air in the egg whites.

With clean hands, form the mixture into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
